Dabrafenib in metastatic melanoma: a monocentric ‘real life’ experience
Dabrafenib is a potent BRAF-kinase inhibitor. Its activity was evaluated on 40 consecutive metastatic melanoma patients (pts) harboring the V600BRAF mutations.
